Sorry but there is no staff available to assist in moving heavy objects. Bring the tools and helpers you need to safely remove your purchases from the home and a large enough vehicle to take them away. Please go to BRIESLINE.COM to book an appointment. We will be booking appointments at the rate of four cars per 15 minutes from 9:00 AM through 4:00 PM. Please book one slot per car, if you are traveling with a partner or group in the same car you only need one slot. Additionally, since property management will be enforcing a total car limit within the community at one time, shopping will be limited to 45 minutes. Do not try to enter the community without an appointment, the guard will not let you in and we will be in danger of having the sale shut down permanently. If you are late there is a chance you will lose your appointment time and will need to reschedule so please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. If you cannot make your appointment, please delete it from the website so someone else may have the chance to attend the sale. If calling with questions, please only call between the hours of 9:00 AM-7:00 PM as calls go to a home office. |

*** In addition to the terms and conditions noted above, the following will apply: *** This home is located in an exclusive gated community. We tried to conduct a traditional estate sale using our automated numbering system starting March 3 and the sale was shut down by property management in the late afternoon on the first sale day. A few customers tried to enter the community without a number and were not cooperative when asked to follow the rules and the gate guard let customers into the community before their numbers had been called, resulting in too many cars in front of the home. We have come to a compromise and have been given the go-ahead to conduct two by-appointment sales March 17-20 and 24-27. The second weekend will launch after the first weekend is completed.
