The auction will begin closing on Wednesday March 30th 6PM Central time. The closing time for all lots will automatically extend an additional 4 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 4 minutes of any lot closing. Terms & Conditions: Real Estate is sold "As Is". 10% down sale remainder due at closing in 30 days of the completion of the auction.
