Gun Buyers MUST: 1) Be at least 18 years old to purchase long guns, 21 for handguns.  2) Be an Ohio resident (unless prior arrangements have been made to ship the gun(s) to a dealer in your state)  3) Be legally allowed to buy, own, and possess a firearm (cannot be a convicted felon, etc.)
