We are excited to present this fantastic online estate auction, name withheld at client's request.  This sale is made up of the contents of a smoke-free, pet-free home.  This home has a Wake Forest address but it is off of Mitchell Mill Rd. and closer to Rolesville than Wake Forest. The exact address will be given to winning bidders.  If we noticed any issues, we made our best effort to point them out in the photographs or descriptions.  Please see all pictures and ask any questions that you may have.  Bidding is open until March 13th, 2022, and will start to end starting at 8 pm and then every 12 seconds until all lots are sold. 

Pick-up will be on Tuesday, March 15th, from 12-7 pm.  This is the only access we will have to this home, please be sure you can make this pick-up time, prior to bidding.  The address will be given to winning bidders, along with a link for a sign-up time.  Shipping could be available on smaller items, but please contact us before bidding for shipping approval.  Also, please be sure to bring helpers for furniture pieces and boxes and paper for small delicate items.
