Items are sold as is, where is. No warranties or guarantees are expressed or implied. Buyers are to make their own determination of condition. Inspection is available by appointment with 24 hours notice.
2% BP will be added to the final bid of each item. Public bidding will open approximately one week before the auction ends. Prior to this time, bidders may place maximum bids, but the current bid will not be reflected until public bidding is active. Items are located in multiple locations, please read details closely. Payment due within 48 hours of auction end via wire transfer ($25 processing fee), credit card (4% processing fee), or certified funds. No items released until payment has been received in full and cleared. No partial payments, no refunds, no chargebacks. Items remaining unpaid after 48 hours without communication from the winning bidder will become property of the auction company & may be resold. Non-paying bidders will be reported to the bidding platform and may be banned from bidding in the future. Pickup is by appointment only with at least 24 hours notice. Items should be removed within 10 days from auction end. Items remaining after this time frame may incur storage fees of up to $25 per day. All shipping logistics are the responsibility of the buyer including rigging, strapping, etc. |
