Happy New Year ! Happy Valentine’s Day ! We’re really looking forward to a great year, hoping y’all are, too.

 

This week’s sale is totally NOT what we expected, it kept growing, and growing. After pictures were taken, the family added more, so you’ll just have to take my word for it. There’s a lot of stuff here !

 

Please park courteously, don’t block driveways, or the roadway.

 

The sale will be at 5492 County Road 469, Friday and Saturday, February 25-26, 9:00a.m.-2:00p.m., both days. The sign-up sheet will go out around 8:00, Friday morning, and we’ll begin calling the first names on the list, around 8:45. The property gate will be locked to customers until then. 

 

The mailing address calls this address Brazoria, also Churchill, but 469 is closer to the mouth of the San Bernard River, off FM 2918. Also, the county sign that shows the road, has been taken, so you’ll have to follow your GPS, and watch for our signs !  

 

PLEASE BE AWARE !!!! Checkout will be UPSTAIRS.  This residence is NOT for folks who can’t navigate stairs. If you choose items from the downstairs area,(and, trust me, there’s a LOT downstairs ! Guns, knives, boxes of reels, reel parts, a bazillion lures, decoys, sheesh), we will write you a ticket, and you can pay upstairs. Then, show us your paid receipt, and you may pick up your purchases. 

 

 Also…. If you’re caught, trying to open any of the lure boxes,(they’re sealed shut), you’ll be told to leave the sale immediately. I don’t care who you are. 

 

Leave your cranky pants in your car, please. Be kind to your fellow shoppers.

 

Estate Liquidators DOES NOT provide carriers, haulers, nor pack mules. Please make arrangements to have your items moved. 

 

THERE WILL BE NO CHILDREN ALLOWED IN THE SALE AREAS.

 

NO large purses, back packs, etc., allowed in the sale areas.

 

We accept cash or credit cards. We DO charge sales tax, we’re a business, not your Granny’s garage sale.
