When placing Bids, the Bidder is accepting that the item meets their satisfaction or have chosen not to examine the item in person and accept it as is.

The Credit Card registered during Auction Registration will be charged immediatly following conclusion of the Auction, unless arrangements are made prior to the auction close for Cashiers Checks or Bank Wires.

Latimer Auction does not test or guarentee condition/authenticity or genuineness of items, inspections are encouraged by Bidder prior to the Auction. All Descriptions are believed to be true & correct with pictures being part of the item description. Each item sells in "As Is" condition, by Bidding on an item you have agreed to accept the item in it's "As Is" condition.

Pickup Date: Tue. Mar. 1st 9:00am till 2:00pm .
After 5 Days any items left will be considered abandoned & forfeited , they will then become the propertry of Latimer Auction, with no refunds.

By bidding you have made a commitment to purchase items and have entered into a legal contract, Bids cannot be cancelled or retracted for any reason. Non-paying Bidders or frauduant Bidding are subject to legal actions.

Latimer Auction shall not be liable for any missed bids or electronic issues during the course of the Auction.
