AUCTION ENDING: Beginning at the stated closing time, the auction software will conclude bidding for one lot every few seconds in catalog order with the following exception: if a bid is placed in the last two (1) minutes remaining for that auction lot, bidding for that lot will automatically extend the auction for additional two (1) minutes. Some lots may be grouped together so that a bid on one lot will extend the time on all lots in that group. An e-mail of invoice will be sent to the winning bidder/buyer of each auction after auction has completely closed.
PAYMENT: We accept Cash, Check and Credit Card forms of payment. Once auction concludes you will receive an unpaid invoice. If you are wanting to process the payment with the card on file please respond to the email and request payment to be made with card on file. BUYERS PREMIUM / CREDIT CARD PROCESSING: Buyer's Premium is sponsored by Alma Realty. 3% Credit Card processing fee. Invoices will represent the total cost if paying with Credit Card ITEM PICK UP & REMOVAL: Art will be available on the event night of THURSDAY, MARCH 3. If you cannot attend the event to pick it up the evening of the 3rd after the show ends, you can pick it up at the Wilcox Nonprofit Center, United Way Office located at 525 North State Street from 9-5 March 4 or March 7, or call (989) 463-6245 to make other arrangements. TECHNICAL ISSUES: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software, internet or any other online auction-related technologies, Pioneer Auction Service LLC. reserve the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding.
