50+ Years Accumulation in this fine estate. This is a small home absolutely crammed with collectibles. We will let in as many folks as we can when we initially open and then let in the remaining people in line as space permits. There are literally thousands of items in our showcases and we will need all our staff to help you inspect the merchandise. Besides the large or cheap household items (and there aren't many), if you want to purchase something you will let us know at the time of inspection and we will hold it at the check-out for you. You will not need big bags to shop with since we will have boxes and bags at the check-out for you as well. In other words, we cannot have shoppers run thru the house and make monster piles and then later decide what you really want to purchase - we do not want to spend the entire morning restocking fragile items and its not fair to the shoppers behind you. This sale is absolutely packed with great old items for you antique dealers, ebay sellers, and collectors but please understand how things will work before you run through the door. HOW WE RUN OUR SALES: Terms are Cash, Credit, or Debit - WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS. 6% Maryland Sales Tax Applies - its the law. Tax- Exempt Buyers must spend at least $200 and show your # unless you are already in our system - its also the law. All sales are final and all items are being sold as is, as found in the estate. Please make note of closing times each day - we close promptly to finalize our accounting and secure valuables - for security reasons there will be absolutely no admittance under any circumstances. Everything of significant value in the home will be priced. Any common household items not tagged will be priced at the register by our cashier. If you do not agree with the price, we will gladly restock these item no questions asked but please do not hold up the check-out line haggling over a few dollars. Our entire staff will be occupied showing valuables in our many jewelry cases necessary for this sale and not available to help carry large purchases. We will be glad to help you Sat or Sun morning shortly before we open with any purchases you made the previous day or bring help for immediate removal day of purchase - its up to you.
