Most items are located in the townhome with a few items located in the garage. Winning bidders need to be prepared to go upstairs to enter the home and transport their purchases down the steps. PLEASE NOTE: This sale is being conducted in a private home; therefore, we have limited availability to the property so pick up/removal is on the scheduled day only with no exceptions. We are not able to accommodate individual/specialized pick-up dates and times.
