These are overstock and customer returns. The majority of these items are open box, damaged box or no box and the contents are not affected. We describe the items to the best of our ability. If we notice defects, missing parts, etc. we will provide that information in the listing; however, we are unable to physically count each part and/or test all items. It is up to you as the buyer to inspect the photos and schedule an appointment to view items in person to judge the condition prior to bidding. Please keep in mind that you are buying from an auction, not a retail store. All items are sold "as is, where is". We do not accept returns or offer refunds. Y If you are unable to pick up your items on pick-up day, we can hold your items for up to one week, BUT you need to pay your invoice and notify us by the end of the day on pick-up day. Any items not picked up after 1 week will be considered abandoned and forfeited by the buyer. Sorry, but there are NO EXCEPTIONS. We need as much space as possible for upcoming auction merchandise.
