The winning bidder of any item ENTERS INTO A BINDING CONTRACT, and is expected to pay for all "won" items, even if the bidding was done in error.

Loading will be 2 hours after the auction close &
9am-5pm Mon, Tuesday, and Wednesday the following week.

Buyers Premiums:
5% per item for payments made with Cash or Local Check
8% per item for payments made with Credit or Debit Cards
10% per item for all items won online

We will prosecute any unresolved returned checks
