All sales are final. Examine items carefully before purchasing! We reserve the right to check large purses or bags at the cashier station and to charge correct pricing on items which have removed, changed or altered price stickers. Brie’s does not charge you fees to use cards!
Sorry but there is no staff available to assist in moving heavy objects. Bring the tools and helpers you need to safely remove your purchases from the home and a large enough vehicle to take them away. There will be NO online signup or paper list for this sale, please line up in an orderly fashion. We will let you in a soon as possible taking into account the limited number of people in the home at one time. If calling with questions, please only call between the hours of 9:00 AM-7:00 PM as calls go to a home office. |

The jewelry from the caravan is 75% off. *** *** In addition to the terms and conditions noted above, the following will apply: *** There will be NO online signup or paper list for this sale, please line up in an orderly fashion. We will be limiting the number of people in this home to 20 at one time. There will be NO bathrooms available for use. Mask wearing will be REQUIRED. If you do not remember to bring a mask you will not be able to enter the home. There will be no masks available for free or for purchase. We ask that you observe social distancing both inside the home and outside the home while waiting to enter. We suggest that you bring hand sanitizer to use before and after your time at the home. Thank you for your cooperation! This is the third and final phase of our sale at this spacious 3,400 square foot 3-bedroom home built in 1987. We sold a lot during the previous sales but there is still plenty to see. Any unsold furniture from the first sale without reserve will be marked at the final price of 75% off.
