Special Auction Terms: For this auction we fully reserve the right ot pause bidding, end bidding early or cancel all bids. This is do to the current situation we are all dealing with so we can follow all government mandated orders as needed. This also may occur in the event of website interuption, connectivity issues or any other technical difficulties. We will be sure to contact any and all bidders to keep them updated in the case of an auction pause or cancelation.

Everything is sold AS IS Where Is without any warranty implied or expressed. Bidders are responsible for determining condition, functionality and value. Descriptions for each item are based on our best knowledge of the product and are not to be considered a guarantee or promise of condition or functionality. This is a local pick up only auction. There will be Limited SHIPPING OPTIONS for this auction do to the type of sale it is. Not all items in this auction can be shipped so please call and inquire about shipping lots before you bid to be sure they can be shipped. Also everything must be picked up and paid for during posted pick up and payment times without exception By Friday January 21st, 2022 at 4:00pm. Buyers are responsible for paying for and retrieveing their items from auction location during posted pick up times unless other arrangements are made before auction end time. Payments may be made with Cash, Local in State Checks (Returned checks will be charged $35 plus Bank Fees and bidding privledges will be revoked until resolved), Visa, Mastercard and Discover (3% fee for all credit card transactions.). All items must be paid for in full before removed from auction location. There is a 10% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction and 6% MI sales tax unless you show proper documentation that you have a valid MI sales tax license for resale. Please review all tabs for more information on viewing times, payment, pick up times and dates and more detailed terms. Shipping policy and costs are as follows. Shipping is VERY LIMITED for this Auction. You MUST call first to be sure the items you are interested in can in fact be shipped. If you do not call and we are unable to ship your items you are still responsible to pay in full for the items you have winning bids on. Items that are shipped must fit in USPS Priority Mail boxes or standard mail boxes and envelopes. We will do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible. Shipping costs are actual shipping cost + $5.00 for small and medium boxes and + $7.50 for large boxes (there may be additional added fees for larger orders that require more materials to ship safely.) Insurance costs will be automatically added for orders over $50.00 unless buyer declines by email, verbal message or signed letter. Shipments will only be sent out to verified credit card billing addresses unless pre-approval has been made by Auctioneer. |

Public Open House for this Auction will be Tuesday January 18th from 4pm until 7pm. All other times are by appointment only. Open House location is Ridge Crest Liquidators & Auctioneers 80839 Main Memphi, MI 48041.
Pick up and payment dates and times are Thursday January 20th from 12:00pm until 7:00pm and Friday January 21st from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm. Please call before 4:00 pm Friday January 21st if you cannot make it during this time to make other arrangements if possible. All invoices must be paid during this time without exception.
Most items in this auction are local pick up ONLY! Some items may be shipped but you must contact us BEFORE you bid to find out if we can ship your items. For local pick up everything must be picked up and paid for during posted pick up and payment times without exception by Friday January 21st, 2022 at 4:00pm. Pick up location is Ridge Crest Liquidators & Auctioneers 80839 Main Street Memphis, MI 48041. Please bring packing materials and boxes if you think you might need them. There is no guarantee we will have anything available. Also be prepared to load and pack your own items and bring help if needed. We will offer help as much as we can but sometimes we get so busy we are unable to.
