These are overstock and customer returns. We inspect and describe each item to the best of our ability & will include any missing parts or defects we find in the lot description. We are going through a lot of merchandise and may not catch every imperfection- please keep in mind that you are buying from an auction, not a retail store. All items are sold "as is, where is". We do not accept returns or offer refunds. You are encouraged to review the photos in detail and schedule an individual appointment to view the items personally and ensure that the item(s) you are bidding on meet your expectations. If you are unable to pick up your items on pick-up day, we can hold your items for up to one week, BUT you need to pay your invoice and notify us by the end of the day on pick-up day. Any items not picked up after 1 week will be considered abandoned and forfeited by the buyer. Sorry, but there are NO EXCEPTIONS. We need as much space as possible for upcoming auction merchandise. We appreciate your cooperation:)
