We’ve never had a house like this… Sometimes you don’t know what’s in a house until you begin to stage it… and this house belonged to his grandmother… There are items that have been handed down for generations but they can’t take it on the plane for numerous reasons so TIME TO GET ER’ DONE!!

*There's A LOT of items marked "Make an Offer!" Especially in the backyard... It looks like a flea-market, so everything out there is negotiable...I could never ever mark everything out there for various reasons but watch your steps!

DISCLOSURE: There's a hidden 4th shed but we ask that you do not enter it for safety purposes. It's at the very bottom of the hill pass the mulcher as the house is on an acre of land and bushes galore. No telling what's inside of it but we seen antique furniture. The roof is falling so AGAIN, DO NOT ENTER. If you do, it's at your own risk. Also, they have three wild raccoons and a ferrell cat as a pet, they will just run off but they feed them & pet them...Yes, they we seen it with our own eyes... so don't be surprised if u see them if you are by the fourth shed.

If you start to feel overwhelmed, please notify staff and we will hold your items while you step outside for fresh air... We are in this together! 😁 

*2000 Ford Excursion, runs good! TAKING BIDS! Owner says he wants $7,500 OBO. First one to get to $7500 can drive off with it, otherwise, just accepting bids. 230k miles, Nice interior. 

*I have TONS of LIONEL old trains still in boxes... I mean a lot! These are HIGHLY collectible. Please do not remove them from the boxes. Boxes also have expensive original prices on them as well. You know I'm extremely fair with my pricing and I don't mind negotiating of you're buying a lot but these will be placed online if we can't get a fair price for these items and the weaponry.

*Y'all... There are swords dating back as far as 1440... More than 500+ years old. Lots of combat fighting REAL Irish Antique & Vintage Hand Forged Weaponry. Will have owner give me history of each in descriptions of photos soon. He used to teach sword fighting and had multiple swords and daggers passed down for generations, some from Civil War.

(We even have have hidden daggers in dragon decor....) This house speaks for itself...

Because of the history & how sharp these items are... YOU WILL HAVE TO ASK FOR THEM INDIVIDUALLY AND HANDLE WITH CARE. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO WALK AROUND WITH IT AS SOME ARE ALMOST TALLER THAN MYSELF.
