How it Works: Our new pickup hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. Thursday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Saturday 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. All winning items must be picked up within two weeks of the close of the auction in which they were won. New Return Policy: If your winning item/items get picked up within two business days of the close of the auction in which won, you will also be able to return any item, for any reason, no questions asked for a full refund, as long as it falls within this two-day period. Don’t like the color? Not the exact size you need? Doesn’t work correctly? It doesn’t matter, you can return it within 48 hours of the close of auction NO QUESTIONS ASKED!! For instance: You win an item on the Tuesday night auction and pick it up on Wednesday, (between 9:00 and 4:30). When you get home you find that it is not exactly what you had in mind.
