We will charge your card a 15% Buyers Premium on your bid amount, Plus a 10% non refundable advance on your bid price. The balance will be paid in cash when you arrive to pick up your unit. Make sure your card on file will cover this amount. Example: You win the unit for $100. We add a 15% Buyers Premium. Total is $115. Then we charge your card $25 and you pay the facility $90 plus any sales tax. Invoicing: Will take place within an hour of auction close. Facility may charge a cleanup deposit at their discreation.
