If an item must be returned because it is not as cataloged (i.e. gold content, diamond, etc) Luther Auctions must be notified within 5 business days of the auction date. Shipping: Luther Auctions DOES NOT provide packing and shipping services. We recommend The UPS Store #3798 to assist you in packing and shipping of 'small packages'. Shipping Requirements: 1) The UPS Store ships via UPS. 2) We require that the shipping address match the registered billing address of the credit card used for payment.
