If any bid is within the last 3 minutes of auction close, bidding on that lot will be extended by 3 minutes. * Holdover: We can hold your items only if fully paid for by 4pm day after auction, Cash / Wire / CC. (See our Storage Fees) * Payment: Cash or Credit Card on site with a 3% discount on the BP for cash. Any invoice not settled by 3pm day after auction close will be charged to card on file. * Declined Cards: There is a $35 service fee assessed for any card that is declined for any reason. * Large Invoices: Auction company, may charge a deposit to a credit card and balance to be paid via Cash, Cashier's Check. or, Wire Transfer for sll amounts over $500. * Loading: We do not have loading assistance available. If you have items that need machinery, please bring adequate equipment. Please bring your own boxes and packing material. * Condition: You are buying As is, where is. Unless otherwise specified, we have not tested the item. In addition, if you buy an item "With Contents" You must take all the contents. Failure to do so will result in disposal fees to your account with us. * Buyer's Premium: 15% with a 3% Discount for Cash * Note: Some items may not be available for shipping * Shipping: (IWhen Available) Once you pay your invoice with us and request items to be shipped, Pack & Mail will pick your items up at our facility within 48 hours and they will contact you for your desired shipping method and will quote you a price to include any packaging or handling. Note: Items not picked up or authorized by you for shipping within 48 hours of auction close will be donated to the Children's Foundation. * Sales Tax and Farm Exemption: Please forward in advance sales tax exemption information, go to www.WaltCadeAuctions.com/salestax.htm . Farm Exemptions will not be accepted for non-farm related items. No exemptions will be accepted after auction close. No exemptions accepted on pickup day. * Storage: We charge a minimum of $5 per lot per day storage after pickup day. $10 per day per Pallet. * We do not ship firearms or Ammo: Buyers will be subject to a mandatory background check for each auction at a cost of $20, though multiple firearms bought at the same time will require only one such check. The buyer will pay the cost of the background check as required. Valid identification will be required. Purchases must be paid in full prior to a background check being conducted. If a buyer fails a background check, or fails to complete the transaction for any reason, the Auctioneer shall retain the firearms less a thirty-percent (30%) re-stocking fee. All firearms to be picked at our FFL Location, 509 N Fredonia, Longview, Tx 75601 All firearms will Cash or Cashier's Check Only. * Knives: All the Damascus knives are made from 368 layers of steel . This blade prints better known as finger prints are all different . There won't be two of the same print. Most will have different prints per side. All the sheaths are genuine leather not synthetic. Most of the knives that are either bone or Ram Horn handles will be marked . There is some Olive wood handles , walnut , and the exclusive hard to find laminated hardwoods in the different colors . Most of these knives have a 3/16 tang which is the thickness of the knife blank before the grips are added. These are all from the Forged in Fire Warehouse in Georgia. Hope that helps . * Note: Framed Images are wonderful laser prints. Certificates of Authenticity is from CSC Collectables of Roswell Georgia and is registered by them. This included many of the cards and other autographed items. We also have some Certificates of Authenticity from Platinum Collectables, Mounted Memories, and All American Sports. Each have their own opinion. Many agencies do not recognize either as a valid source of Grading.
