Hey All…Grasons Co Premier presents yet another spectacular estate sale located in Agua Dulce. This cabin style home has tons of treasures including Tiffany Style Chandelier’s, Furniture, Yard Art, and TONS of Tools...and Saturday most everything will be 50% off!

 

Join us for this 2-day sale that you won’t want to miss! Signup sheet goes out at 8am and doors open at 9a. So arrive early to secure your place in line.

 

Unfortunately, NO PRICES CAN BE QUOTED BEFORE THE SALE. We are working on multiple homes at the same time with 100’s of items in them. Therefore, it is impossible to remember prices correctly. WE DO NOT PRE-SELL UNLESS SPECIFICALLY STATED.

 

For everyone's safety we will be following all CDC guidelines to maintain compliance as related to COVID-19 at the sale:

While the Guidelines for masks has been relaxed, Grasons staff will continue to enforce social distancing. We will also continue to limit the amount of people into the house at once to maintain social distancing practices. However, we do ask that if you are ill, please refrain from attending the sale.
