Parking is tricky and very limited, so please be considerate of the neighboring suites and don't park in their driveways.

We accept cash, personal checks with local ID and credit/debit cards.

The Sale begins at 9am and access will not be allowed prior to this time.

Furniture will be advertised and may be sold prior to the sale. If there are specific pieces you are interested in, please contact us for pricing and availability.

All items will be 25% off the ticketed price for the duration of the sale!

An offer box is available at the sale and we encourage customers to submit offers on higher-priced items. Ask staff for details.

Please bring help to load large items as our staff are not equipped to assist.

All items are sold as seen and returns cannot be accepted.
