All buyers will pay for a back ground check. Transfer fee will be paid by Estates. Out of state buyers will pay for firearm at auction. Out of state buyers will not be able to take possession of firearm at auction the law applying to out of state buyers will apply. |

This live auction is offering firearms, pocket knives, ammo, army bayonets, firearm accessories and more from three (3) different Estates. Firearms include: Remington model 1100 16 ga, Marlin model 783 22wmr, Marlin 336 30-30 lever action, Hawes JP Sauer 357 mag revolver, Mossberg pump 410, Winchester lever action model 255 with Weaver scope, Smith & Wesson model 27-2 6 shot 357 mag. revolver, Iver Johnson 7 shot revolver 22L, Stevens model 67 series E pump 12 ga., Savage Dan Wesson Arms and more.
Pocket Knives include: Kissing Crane, Case XX, Buck, Remington, Colt, Army bayonets and more.
Terms: Cash, Good Check or Credit Card (4% user fee on all credit cards). No out of states will be accepted without prior approval from Ea Auctioneers & Auctions. "NO BUYERS PREMIUM". The Estates have requested that the firearms selling follow Tennessee Firearm Law as it relates to Estate Auctions. All buyers will be required to pay for a back ground check, which will be handled by Kinzer's Firearms, The transfer cost of all firearms will be paid by the Estate(s)Out of state bidders will be required to pay for their firearms at the auction, possession will follow the law of firearms sold to out of state bidders (out of state bidders will not be possession of firearms on site). |
