By placing a bid you are entering into a legally binding contract to pay for the item with the seller. If you are the winning bidder at the end of an auction, you are obligated to complete the transaction. Bids are not retractable except in exceptional circumstances. All items are sold on an "AS IS" basis. We do not guarantee the precise accuracy of any descriptions or condition of any items sold on auction. It is the bidder's responsibility to come and preview the items for accuracy before placing a bid. You agree to pay your invoice online by 9:00 am on Pickup day of auction. Items will be considered abandoned if you do not pay by 9am. Failure to pay on time will cause action against you. There will be a 30% restocking fee for items not paid for. You agree to a 15% Buyer's Premium added on all lots sold. Please bring help for heavy items and any packing materials or boxes for transport as well as any tools for disassembly.
