Pictures should be considered part of the description. Common nicks, scratches, manufacturing issues, pinheads and wear will not be called. All items listed with damage are sold "as is", so once a damage is called or listed, there are no returns for finding more damage. Harry Lahr Auctions offers online bidding through Auction Flex/HiBid and the Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly before and during the auction. Under no circumstances shall the Bidder have any kind of claim against Harry Lahr Auctions or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Harry Lahr Auctions will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source.

There will be a 10% Buyer's Fee added to each item.There will be the option to pick up items in person and pay cash or with a good check and then the Buyer's Fee will only be 5%. The buyer's premium will stay at 10% for all items shipped. Buyer pays all shipping fees. We reserve the right to stop or restart any auction incase of a system failure. We reserve the right to reject any bid.

Invoices will be emailed to winning bidders on the Monday after the close of the auction. If there is no communication within 5 days of sending invoices, your credit card will be charged.
