Before you place your first bid, YOU MUST accept the Terms & Conditions to which you agree when you check the box to register, and place your first bid: * Bidding Ends: Tues. Nov. 30 See individual items for exact closing times. * Extended Bidding: This is a timed auction with a staggered closing. Starting at 12 noon, each item will close with 20 seconds between each lot. If a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of the closing the item will automatically extend for an additional 2 minutes. We ship primarily USPS Priority Mail. All shipping is done in-house with insurance and a $5-10 handling fee ** We do try our best to get all packages out in a timely manner, but with everything going on in the world right now, the USPS is experiencing delays. We are asking our customers to please allow an additional 2-4 business days (this does NOT include weekends or holidays) for shipping/tracking updates from us and USPS and for packages to be delivered. * ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS WHERE IS* Hessney Auction will tell you what we know about the merchandise. We will run the Credit Card (Visa, MC or Discover) you register with after the completion of the auction.
* Please allow at least 4 hours after the ENTIRE auction has ended to recieve an invoice.
* All buyers will be charged 13% buyers premium regardless of payment type. and 7.5% NYS sales tax if you are a NY buyer. If you are tax exempt, you must send us a copy of your resale certificate PRIOR to the auction closing.
