Hey All…Grasons Co Premier is pleased to present another fantastic estate sale located in West Palmdale. This home has tons of hidden gems including a 2004 BMW Convertible 325i, 1994 Honda Civic, and Honda Motorcycle…all in red! Saturday most things are 50% off...and cars are not included. 

 

Join us for this 2-day sale that you won’t want to miss!  Sign up sheet goes out at 8am and doors open at 9a. So arrive early to secure your place in line. Be sure to check back in for more photos throughout the week as we are still organizing. 

 

Unfortunately, NO PRICES CAN BE QUOTED BEFORE THE SALE. We are working on multiple homes at the same time with 100’s of items in them. Therefore, it is impossible to remember prices correctly. WE DO NOT PRE-SELL UNLESS SPECIFICALLY STATED.

 

For everyone's safety we will be following all CDC guidelines to maintain compliance as related to COVID-19 at the sale:

While the Guidelines for masks has been relaxed, Grasons staff will continue to enforce social distancing. We will also continue to limit the amount of people into the house at once to maintain social distancing practices. However, we do ask that if you are ill, please refrain from attending the sale.
