Bid Online at www.waltcadeauctions.hibid.com Christmas and Gift Items 2 Pallets * This is an online Auction for a couple of pallets of Christmas items * Auction Method: Online * Bidding: Now thru _____Nov 7____ (Soft Close) Starts closing at 7pm CST * Pickup: day after auction close, or most late afternoons within a couple of days of auction close and by agreed appointment * Preview: None * Terms: Cash, Wire Transfer, Most Credit Card and Debit Cards. If over $500 Cash, or any titled vehicle, Cashier's Check or Wire Transfer only accepted. * Soft Close: We use a soft close method of closing. If any bid is within the last 3 minutes of auction close, bidding on that lot will be extended by 3 minutes. * Invoices will go out to winning bidders within 1 hour of auction close * Payment: Cash or Credit Card on site with a 3% discount on the BP for cash. Any invoice not settled by 4pm day after auction close will be charged to card on file. * Declined Cards: There is a $35 service fee assessed for any card that is declined for any reason. * Loading: We do not have loading assistance available. We have a pallet jack available, but we do not have a fork lift. We can move a pallet but do not have a way to lift. * Condition: You are buying As is, where is. Unless otherwise specified, we have not tested the item. In addition, if you buy an item "With Contents" You must take all the contents. Failure to do so will result in disposal fees to your account with us. * Errors & Omissions: Any claim regarding description errors must be made within 24 hours of auction close to be considered valid, otherwise bidder may not seek recovery of any kind. * Buyer's Premium: 15% with a 3% Discount for Cash * Shipping: This is a NO SHIPPING AUCTION * Additional time can be arranged for later pickup with appointment. Additional charges may apply. * Sales Tax and Farm Exemption: Please forward in advance sales tax exemption information, go to www.WaltCadeAuctions.com/salestax.htm . Farm Exemptions will not be accepted for non-farm related items. No exemptions will be accepted after auction close. No exemptions accepted on pickup day. * Unclaimed Items: Any bid items won, not picked by the 4pm pickup time, "MAY" be transferred to our auction center in Kilgore at a loading and transfer cost to be added to invoice, Additional storage fees will also apply. All items picked up or not will be invoiced. * Storage: We charge a minimum of $5 per lot per day storage after pickup day. $10 per day per Pallet. Any items not picked up timely may be moved at the buyer expense, left behind, or sold for storage fees. * Technology Disclaimer: Walt Cade Auctions (The Auction Company) uses an outside platform for online internet bidding.
