STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 5:30 PM Wednesday Nov 17th. An item will begin to close at 5:30 PM Central time and an item will close every 15 seconds after. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing.
LOAD OUT/PICK-UP: Thursday Nov 18th, 9:00am - 5:30pm. Pay at the auction site at pick up cash, credit card or check. If a person would like their credit card on file charged email auction company after the auction closes.

Example on bidding. If a person puts a bid of $100.00 and the 2nd place bidder places a bid $50. It will raise the person with the high bid to $55.00. It will not automatically take a person to the highest bid they have submitted.

AGE REQUIREMENT: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to purchase. Any items with alcohol buyers must be 21 years old. BUYER'S PREMIUM: a 10% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase.
