Seller shall have until 5pm on November 29th, 2021 to accept or reject the final bid on the farm.  If final bid is accepted, buyer will sign a purchase agreement and place a 10% non-refundable earnest in the Kohorst Law Firm Trust Account, where it will be held until closing.

Possession: Buyer will receive Landlords Possession at closing. Buyer to receive full possession 3/1/2022 and full farming rights for the 2022 crop year.
