Seller has the right to accept or reject the final bid on the property. Buyer will be purchasing the property in it's as-is condition.  Successful bidder will sign a purchase agreement the day of the auciton and deposit a 10% earnest deposit in the Blair Title Trust account, where it will be held until closing. Your bid is not subject to financing. Seller will provide an updated abstract. Buyer will have a title opinion by an attorney of the buyers choice. Each party will be subject to normal fees associated with closing a real estate transaction.
Closing to be on or before December 20th, 2021.
