Auction Terms and Conditions:  All items will be sold in As-Is, Where-Is, condition at the time of auction, all sales are final,  All bidders / buyers are encouraged to make a reasonable inspection of items before bidding.  Once the items are declared sold by the auctioneers, those items become the resposibility of the winning bidder.  Neither the auction company nor the seller will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items.  All items must be paid for the day of auction. 

Payment Terms and Conditons:  We accept Cash or Approved Check with Proper and Satisfactory Photo ID,   We also accept Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment.  Payments made with the use of Credit or Debit Cards will be subject to a 4% buyers fee.  Payments made with Cash or Approved Check will have the 4% buyers fee waived on personal property item purchases only.
