Open inspection is scheduled for Monday, November 1st from 5:30 p.m.- 7:00 p.m. Winning bidders MUST schedule a removal appointment online for Friday or Saturday, Nov 19 or 20. No exceptions unless item is being shipped and previous arrangements have been made. Our presence on-site is based on appointments scheduled, not for hours posted. Please call us at 651-351-0038 if you are having issues with scheduling an appointment. We are happy to assist you and will fit you in if a time is already reserved or make other arrangements. You will be responsible for safe removal of items so please plan accordingly to bring assistance. If you have won items you cannot carry on your own, please make sure you bring extra help. Some items may reside on lower level which may require steps from removal (noted in lot details, if applicable).
