A bid is an agreement to purchase the item(s). A bid means you are committed to purchasing and picking up your item(s). Please do not bid if you do not plan to purchase; play nice! **If we have not received payment or heard from you by 48 hours after the auction has closed, we may offer your item(s) to the next highest bidder. Please do not bid unless you can pick up your items on the pick-up date or are willing to pay for handling and shipping costs.** We do not have storage facilities so we cannot store items. Items left at the premises will be offered to the next highest bidder or donated. Bidding privileges may be suspended if you default on this agreement.

Please wait for your online invoice to be emailed to you prior to paying so that we can group multiple wins on one invoice. We accept payment through PayPal. PayPal will accept credit card numbers even if you don’t have a PayPal account. You can also call us with your credit card number (626) 358-4051. All items must be paid for within 48 hours of the auction's close. All items must be paid for before they are picked up or shipped.

Pick-up details:

Pickup is available during the period listed above. After the auction ends, auction winners will receive an invoice from Caring Transitions. You will be asked to make an appointment for pickup, at which time we will provide the exact address for pick up. Please bring your PayPal receipt with you to claim your merchandise. Buyer must bring enough physical resources to lift, carry, load and transport their purchases.
