Most of the items we sell have been used and do have normal use wear. You are buying from an auction, not a retail store. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. You are encouraged to review the photos in detail and schedule an individual appointment to view the items personally. If you are unable to pick up your items on pick-up day, we can hold your items for up to one week, BUT you need to pay your invoice and notify us by the end of the day on pick-up day. Any items not picked up after 1 week will be considered abandoned and forfeited by the buyer. Sorry, but there are NO EXCEPTIONS. We need as much space as possible for upcoming auction merchandise. We appreciate your cooperation:) Some of the things you'll find on this auction - antique, mid century & vintage lamps, shades & light fixtures, glassware including depression glass, artwork from many periods in a variety of mediums, knives, primitives, toys, Christmas and many just plain fun & unique items. The majority of these lots are fragile. We will provide shipping on some items, but be aware that no matter how carefully we package them, they may be damaged in transit. We encourage you to pick up your items if possible. Please review our shipping policy for more information
