Sign up sheet will be placed outside the home at 7am the 1st day of the sale. The sign in sheet is used to see who gets in first at the grand opening of the sale as well as help us practice social distancing throughout the sale. Doors open at 8am. All items that are reserved in the hold area must be paid for in full. As always, please be respectful to the neighbors, home and Grasons Co. staff. Lots of free street parking in front of home. Driveway access granted for loading. Face covering required for entry. We can’t wait to see you!

One of my clients worked as an analytical chemist in industry and photographic chemistry for Warner Brothers Studios & then devoted 40 years to education & taught at El Camino College. My other client worked for Disney & served as a YMCA volunteer and Red Cross member, most notably aiding in the 1984 Olympics.
