Successful Buyers will be charged immediately using the credit card you registered with and paid invoice will be emailed to you. Contract required for Real Estate purchases and fees including $225.00 per parcel recording service fee AND estimated State doc stamps/recording charges. Buyers will be emailed contract and must sign & return within 24 hours. Brevard County tax is 7% charged on all items except Real Estate. UNLESS you have provided us with a Resale Certificate.
