This affiliate accepts Cash, Money order, credit card or business check. Personal checks are not accepted. Pick-ups are expected on the Pick-Up Dates provided. No exceptions. In the event you have contacted Home to Sweet Home and a later pick-up is approved, your payment is still due during the initial removal time. There will be a late removal fee of $25.00. Everything is sold “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties. There are NO Refunds, No Returns. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase as they have not been tested. Please review the Auction Inspection Date and location for details. Inspection and removal times are firm. Do not bid on this auction if you are unable to honor the scheduled removal times and day. At the close of the removal, all unpaid invoices will be processed as NO SHOWs and all remaining lots will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliates discretion. No refunds will be given for abandoned lots. Please plan accordingly for the proper help and equipment you will need for removal. Applicable Minnesota Sales Tax will be collected.
