Auction Terms & Conditons:   All Items will be sold in As-Is, Where-Is, condition.  All interested buyers are expected to make a reasonable inspection of the items they are interested in before bidding/buying.  Once the items are declared sold by the auctioneer, those items become the responsibility of the winning bidder.  Neither the seller nor the auction company will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items.  All sales are final, and all purchases must be paid for the day of auction. 

Any shipping, rigging, hauling, moving, teardown of equipment will be the responsibilty of the winning bidder.  Successful  buyers will have one week from the date of auction to remove the items they have purchased.  We have scheduled an OPEN HOUSE / Auction Preview for veiwing of the items in the auction on Wednesday November 10th. 2021  Time 10am til 3pm (Veiwing Only)  A representitive with a rigging company will be available at the preview to discuss teardown, rigging, and hauling options.

Payment Terms and Conditions:  All items are to be paid for the day of auction. We accept Cash, or Approved Check with  proper and satisfactory photo ID,  We also accept the use of Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment.  All purchases made with the use of a Credit or Debit Card will be subject to a 4% buyer's fee included to the final purchase total.  Payments made with Cash or Approved Check will have the 4% buyer's fee waived on personal property item purchases only.  For payment amounts in excess of ten thousand (10,000) dollars, all payments must be made by wire transfer. Buyer's who anticipate purchases in excess of 10,000 Dollars should make arraigements with the auction company prior to the auction.
