STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 3:00 PM Sunday Oct 24thth. An item will begin to close at 3:00 PM Central time and an item will close every 60 seconds after. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing.
Example on bidding. If a person puts a bid of $100.00 and the 2nd place bidder places a bid $50. It will raise the person with the high bid to $55.00. It will not automatically take a person to the highest bid they have submitted.

The Teutopolis Educational Foundation is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting and enhancing quality educational programs for every student in Teutopolis Community Unit School District No. 50. To assist in accomplishing this mission, the Foundation seeks to generate funds not otherwise available to the District.

AGE REQUIREMENT: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to purchase. Any items with alcohol buyers must be 21 years old. BUYER'S PREMIUM: a 10% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. Example: If you bid $100.00, you will be charged $110.00 at check out. PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover (with a 3.5% convenience fee), personal check with proper ID, wire transfer & cash.
