Much of these items are NEW and Mostly IN BOX items. There is over 22,000 square ft of merchandise in this building, known as the Old Icehouse. He rented this building and filled it so full we are only doing a few of the many rooms at a time, as we work our way thru the building. NOW, it's all the Chritmas Goodies! * Auction Method: Online * Bidding: Now thru _____Oct 24____ (Soft Close) Starts closing at 8pm CST * Pickup: day after auction close, which is Oct 25______10-4Pm. ___ * Preview: Online &_____Oct 18 from 10-4pm and Oct 22 by Appointment * Terms: Cash, Wire Transfer, Most Credit Card and Debit Cards. If over $500 Cash, or any titled vehicle, Cashier's Check or Wire Transfer only accepted. * Soft Close: We use a soft close method of closing. If any bid is within the last 3 minutes of auction close, bidding on that lot will be extended by 3 minutes. * Invoices will go out to winning bidders within 1 hour of auction close * Payment: Cash or Credit Card on site with a 3% discount on the BP for cash. Any invoice not settled by 4pm day after auction close will be charged to card on file. * Declined Cards: There is a $35 service fee assessed for any card that is declined for any reason. * Loading: We do not have loading assistance available. We have a pallet jack available, but we do not have a fork lift. We can move a pallet but do not have a way to lift. * Condition: You are buying As is, where is. Unless otherwise specified, we have not tested the item. In addition, if you buy an item "With Contents" You must take all the contents. Failure to do so will result in disposal fees to your account with us. * Errors & Omissions: Any claim regarding description errors must be made within 24 hours of auction close to be considered valid, otherwise bidder may not seek recovery of any kind. * Buyer's Premium: 15% with a 3% Discount for Cash * Shipping: This is a NO SHIPPING AUCTION * Additional time can be arranged for later pickup with appointment. Farm Exemptions will not be accepted for non-farm related items. No exemptions will be accepted after auction close. No exemptions accepted on pickup day. * Unclaimed Items: Any bid items won, not picked by the 4pm pickup time, "MAY" be transferred to our auction center in Kilgore at a loading and transfer cost to be added to invoice, Additional storage fees will also apply. All items picked up or not will be invoiced. * Storage: We charge a minimum of $5 per lot per day storage after pickup day. $10 per day per Pallet.
