No Shows We now require all winning bidders to go to our website www.TCA.AUCTION to schedule a time/day to pick up their vehicle and pay for it within 2 days of auction close. If you do not you will be marked as a No Show. Bidders who do not show up at their scheduled time of pick up will be marked as a No Show. Those marked as a No Show will lose their bidding privileges. DO NOT BID IF YOU DO NOT PLAN TO SHOW UP. Payments We take Credit/Debit cards, Cashiers checks and electronic payment (Cashapp/Venmo) at our location. We do NOT accept personal/business checks so plan ahead. Debit/Credit card transactions with a bid price over $5,000 will have a 3% Transaction Fee applied to the amount put on the card. VEHCILES MUST BE PAID WITHIN 2 DAYS OF AUCTION END OR HAVE MADE PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS. Transportation We offer transportation on all our lots. Give us a call or email for a quote and we will get right back to you! Average vehicle transportation is $2.00 per mile, Rates will vary based on location and vehicle. Removal All Vehicles once paid must be removed within one week of auction close unless prior arrangements are made with affiliate. If paid vehicle is not removed within a week of close, bidder is subject to $100 a week thereafter before keys will be released. Title Processing All bidders are subject to $125 Documentary fee. That includes but is not limited to licensed car dealers, MN residents, out of state residents, those living on reservation, etc. We issue 21-day permits and 31-day permits when needed. State filing fees are listed below each lot but are subject to change after lot closing. All bidders must fill out registration information before coming to pick up vehicle. Bring the ID(s) of those who title will belong to when coming for pick ups. Not all titles are readily available, we process titles in the order that we get them, some titles may take 1 month for processing.

All VEHICLE PICK UPS MUST NOW BE SCHEDULED AT www.TCA.Auction If your appointment is within 2 day of auction close you may pay at pick up. If your appointment is more than 2 days after auction close, you must pay online or by phone with your debit card.
