Pickup: Wed., Oct 27th BY APPOINTMENT between 10am & 5:00pm Loading of larger items will be available ONLY day of pickup! All other bidders need to come prepared to lift, carry & load all purchases. When you purchase a firearms make sure you do the following: 1.) Your bidder information MUST match your real name, identification is required. 2.) If paying with a credit card, the name on the card must match your driver’s license. 3.) Your driver’s license, and if needed, your permit to purchase or Conceal and Carry Permit MUST also match your bidder profile. 4.) A NICS/Transfer charge of $40.00 will apply to each firearm, no exceptions. 5.) NICS checks are required EVEN IF the buyer has a permit to carry or permit to purchase. Under Federal law, in order for a Licensed Dealer to lawfully transfer a handgun or militarized rifle to a person who resides out of State, the firearm must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) within the bidder’s State of residence. The bidder may then receive the firearm from the FFL upon completion of an ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check fee, which can vary from that listed on the final invoice. All firearms will be processed at Chisago Hardware, 10680 S Ave E, Chisago City, MN 55013 FFL 3-41-025-01-7M-37225. Payment for purchases required through Twin Pines Auction office or at auction pickup site, prior to making application.
