All items must be paid for and picked up within 10 days of the end of an auction. All purchases are subject to an 18% buyer's premium

Any items not paid for after 10 days will be charged off as a "non-paying bidder" on HiBid to be relisted in a future auction or returned to the consignor at the auctioneers discretion.

Any items paid for but not removed from the premises within ten business days will incur a $5 dollar per lot, per day storage fee up to thirty days. After thirty days, ownership of all unclaimed lots becomes the property of The Archive Auction LLC. and the bidder relinquishes all interest in the items as well as any monies paid for said items.

Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis at the sole discretion of the representatives of The Archive Auction LLC. Non-payment charge offs are not reversible once placed with HiBid.
