-There is a 13% Buyers Premium on your purchases at auction when you pay with a Debit, Mastercard, Visa, Amex or Discover Card. You will receive a 3% discount when paying with Cash or Check, and will only pay 10% Buyers Premium on your items. You will be charged 7% Sales Tax on your purchases, unless you have a copy of your valid re-sale certificate on file with us. -All merchandise must be paid in full on the day of the auction regardless of when it is picked up. All items must be picked up within 24 Hours, Please call for appointment at 904-806-4274. After 24 Hours, all property remaining on the premises become the property of GEAC, and no refunds will be given. |

This Event is the 4th of multiple sales as we liquidate years of collecting from the local business owners of “The Monks Vineyard” a historical landmark. This Estate Sale will be all of the remaining yard art, decorations, potted plants, and garden decor. As well as the items on the porch and inside the 1st floor of the main house. This will be a tag sale and 6.5% tax will be added to all purchases. We will be posting more photos soon. Please do not trespass on the property before the sale, as cameras are in place. Thank you!No parking or bathrooms available on site. Parking and bathrooms will be available at the public parking garage and visitors information center nearby. Please bring water or drinks, hand fans, hats, bug spray, sunscreen, folding chairs, carts or wagons or friends with muscles to help you carry and large planters, furniture, or any other large items you may purchase. Please also bring your patience and kindness as this will be a really fun whimsical sale, but will also take several hours and will be hot. We appreciate your support! |
