Pick up times: You may pick up internet items the day of the auction until 4PM after paying the cashier that day. If not picking up, on auction day, you must pay via credit card or wire transfer Monday November 15, 2021. Then you may pick items up Thursday, November 18, 2021 from 9AM-1PM. These are the only times that a representative from the auction house will be there and the only time there will be machinery available for assistance loading

Auctioneer notes: Tom was an independent mechanic on the pipeline. He really liked his tools and has 2 or more of many tool from mechanics tools to specialty tools. Also, most of his tools are Snap-On or name brand. Large tools, small tools, Kenworth service truck. You don’t want to miss this auction if you are a mechanic or are in need of tools.

PAYMENT / SHIPPING

All shipping is on the buyer. The buyer must set up and pay any and all things related to shipping. Buyer must also follow the pickup times.

If not paying on auction day you must pay via credit card or wire transfer Monday, November 15, 2021 No Exceptions. If using a credit card, there will be an additional 4% added to your total. Nothing will be removed until full payment has been made. Invoiced totaling over $5,000 must pay by wire transfer. Auction companies bank will not charge to receive & wire but the buyer must pay their banks fees to send.

Terms: Cash or good check day of the sale. Credit card accepted w/4% convenience fee.  Hoge Auctioneering LLC is not responsible for theft or accidents. Everything sold as is, without warranty of any kind, no exceptions. All announcements made the day of the sale take precedence over printed material. Lunch & Restroom available.
