RIVER FOREST PROFILE 

The River Forest community built in 1997, owned by its residents, is made up of 140 units on 27 acres. The property includes 35 patio home buildings, a clubhouse, pool, walking path and is surrounded by trees, shrubbery and fencing. The residential development is governed by a code of by-laws and maintained by a homeowners association (HOA).
