A sign in sheet will be placed outside the home one hour prior to the sale opening daily. Any other sheet started will not be honored. NO BAGS, BOXES OR PURSES WILL BE ALLOWED AT THE SALE. For larger/heavier items please be sure to bring your own labor to assist with moving. Any dispute on item will result in auction to the highest bidder. Please do not park in or block the neighbor’s driveways, do not park anywhere illegally, and read all signs for street sweeping. Please be safe and happy shopping! |

REVISED PLEASE READ SALE ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS! Welcome fellow shoppers! Grasons Co Premier Estate Sales Services is back with another exciting sale located in Santa Clarita! This will be a 2-day sale and the property is in a HOA Condo community and space will be limited due to property size and Sunday most items will be 50% off! Sunday will be street parking only. Please Do Not Park in Other Tenants Parking Spaces or in the Visitor Parking Spaces. Parking in these spaces is prohibited AND PUTS YOU AT RISK OF YOUR VEHICLE TO BE TOWED. Sign up sheet will be available at 8am. THE SALE STARTS at 9am and no other signup sheet will not be honored. If you arrive before 9a, please do not wait on the property as not to disturb the tenants. For everyone's safety we will be following all CDC guidelines to maintain compliance as related to COVID-19 at the sale: Masks are required and we will continue to enforce social distancing. We will also continue to limit the amount of people into the house at once to maintain social distancing practices. However, we do ask that if you are ill, please refrain from attending the sale.
