We are pleased to present this tremendous online estate sale. However, per NC Auction Law, we have to inform you that the owner is deceased, and the name is being withheld at the family's request. 

This sale is made up of the contents of a 200 plus-year-old farmhouse and the outbuildings. Bidding is open until the evening of Oct.. 3rd, 2021.  Bidding ends starting at 7 pm and then every 12 seconds until all lots are sold. 

Pick-up will be on Tuesday, Oct. 5th, from 11-7 pm. The exact address will be given to winning bidders, along with a link for a sign-up time.  This home is located in Wake Forest off of Burlington Mill Rd.  Shipping could be available on smaller items, but please contact us before bidding for shipping approval. Also, please be sure to bring helpers for furniture pieces and boxes and paper for small delicate items.
