A sign in sheet will be placed outside the home one hour prior to the sale opening daily. NO BAGS, BOXES OR PURSES WILL BE ALLOWED AT THE SALE. For larger/heavier items please be sure BRING YOUR OWN LABOR TO ASSIST WITH MOVING ON AND OFF PROPERTY. Any dispute on item will result in auction to the highest bidder. Alrighty guys and gals…we’ve got another good one for you! Grasons Co Premier is hosting an estate sale located in Acton. Home of a former Stuntman and Motorcycle racer loaded with super cool Movie Props, Wagons, Antiques, Dirt Bike/Motorcycle Parts, and Helmets! In addition, there is (1) 20’ Container, Make-Up Trailer, Trailer with disassembled Barn (plans included), 1996 Dodge Ram 3500 and soooooo much more! Most items will be 50% off Saturday Join us for this amazing 2-day sale. Be prepared for outdoor weather and dirt roads. Sign-up sheet goes out at 8am, any other sheet started will not be honored. Upon arrival you will be asked to sign in, wait in your vehicle, until time of entry at 9am onto the property. Unfortunately, NO PRICES CAN BE QUOTED BEFORE THE SALE. We are working on multiple homes at the same time with 100s of items in them. Therefore, it is impossible to remember prices correctly. WE DO NOT PRE-SELL UNLESS SPECIFICALLY STATED. For everyone's safety we will be following all CDC guidelines to maintain compliance as related to COVID-19 at the sale: While the Guidelines for masks has been relaxed, Grasons staff will continue to enforce social distancing. We will also continue to limit the amount of people into the house at once to maintain social distancing practices. However, we do ask that if you are ill, please refrain from attending the sale.
